The Sun Institute is one of the most unusual places in Uzbekistan; after it comes Kumyshkan, whose name means "the place with plenty of sun".
What to expect:

09:20–11:30 — Tour of the Sun Institute
The institute's work in solar energy: how the solar panels and other developments function. A place where science and nature sit side by side — and where the photographs come out well.
11:30 — Departure for Kumyshkan
12:00 — Arrival in Kumyshkan
The name translates as "the place with plenty of sun".
12:00–12:40 — The Khozir Ali mosque
Local history and architecture.
12:40–13:20 — The ancient plane trees
A walk among the old trees, and photographs.
13:20–14:00 — The holy springs
The local legends, and a chance to fill a bottle.
Lunch at a nearby place
The shashlik is not included in the tour price.
After lunch — departure for Tashkent
17:30–18:00 — Approximate arrival in Tashkent
🚐 The vehicle depends on group size and may differ from the photographs: for a small group a comfortable minivan of the same class is provided instead of a bus.
⚠️ The timings and the order of the stops may shift slightly with traffic and operational conditions. Every main location in the programme is visited.
