Questions and answers

The questions people ask most often about booking, paying and cancelling.

How do I book a tour?

On the tour page you pick a departure date and the number of seats, then go to payment. The seats are held for you immediately and stay held for 30 minutes — pay within that time or they go back on sale. There is no enquiry to send and no reply to wait for.

How can I pay?

Two ways: in full with an Uzbek bank card (Uzcard or Humo), or in instalments through Uzum Nasiya. For instalments the term and the monthly amount are shown on the payment page — the contract is with Uzum, and the tour counts as paid in full.

What does the price include?

Every tour page lists what is included and what is not: transport, a guide, meals, entrance tickets — it differs by tour. Prices are per person, in Uzbek sum.

Do I get my money back if I cancel?

It depends on the tour, and the terms are shown before you pay. There are three: free cancellation (everything back), partial (half back if you cancel more than 48 hours before departure, nothing inside 48 hours) and non-refundable. You request a cancellation from your account.

Who runs the tour?

The local agency named on the tour page runs it. TripHub is the platform: it handles the booking and the payment, the agency runs the trip itself. Every agency is checked before its tours are published.

Where do I see departure dates?

The tour page shows the next departures and how many seats are left on each. These are live: you can book the date you see straight away.

Where do tours depart from?

Most depart from Tashkent. The meeting point and time are on the tour page, with a map link.
