Chimgan is a mountain area in the Tashkent region, about two hours from the capital by car. That makes it most people’s first trip to the mountains here: leave in the morning, be home in the evening.
In summer people come to walk and to escape the heat, in winter for snow and skiing. Spring turns the slopes green and fills the waterfalls; autumn brings clear air and long views.
